PAUL'S EGGNOG
The Ross family received a wonderful
culinary tradition when it joined to my family of German roots - the
Koesters. This eggnog recipe has been passed down from Koester generation to
generation. Those concerned about
calories--don't look. For those looking for a taste that
is wonderful--try this:
Beat 12 egg yolks
Add 1 lb confectionary
sugar--beat
Slowly add 2 cups booze of choice (Southern Comfort/Jack
Daniels-Best)
Sit in fridge for one hour
Add 2-4 cups of booze and
2 quarts of whipping cream
Add one cup peach brandy
Refrigerate
until 1 hour
before serving. Then add beaten egg whites (fold in)

secret---add one gallon of High's egg nog ice cream
